Description

Join Marta Simoncini for Yoga classes at Niyami Yoga Studio in Matosinhos! The objective is to provide a fun environment and feel-good classes that enable anyone to enjoy themselves and get in touch with their body and strength, as well as move and sweat, independently of the level of experience.

The classes are held in english and any international person is welcome to join! Please bring sporty or comfortable clothes and a small towel.
